Awesome Service from Leah Matabane

I needed to cancel a certain part of my Car Insurance and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Leah Matabane from the Contact Centre in Capetown. She took her time to explain everything, she made sure that I am clear on what will happen going forward. She also allowed for me to ask questions where I was not clear and she confirmed every bit of information before hanging up.

I really appreciated her lovely service and her patience. I could hear her smile over the phone it really made my experience a great one. Leaving a good first impression on me as the customer.
