FNB PAYPAL - Unreliable Banking

I recently setup my FNB-Paypal account with FNB after moving from a reliable, yet more expensive service provider (Payoneer). I decided to use Paypal-FNB for all my payments as a large percentage of my businesses income is from outside South Africa.
I recently tried to withdraw my monthly earnings to my linked account and received the following error:
Your Request Could Not Be Processed At This Stage, Please Try Again Later.
FNB has taken another worldclass international service and turned it into a faulty product offering, the functionality of which is intermittent at best. Thanks to FNB I will now be having to manually repay all my debit orders and several penalties, possibly including a very hefty one from SARS.
