False advertising

I think this whole Outsurance advertisement should be banned from TV as it is a misrepresentation. They say that they can beat your current quote if not you get R400 well they failed to beat mine, now they say I should complete a form after wasting 45min of my time collecting details and performing an assessment. I told the gentleman to request for his manager so we can negotiate he refused. Outsurance is a bad Brand!!!
