Incorrect debit

In febuary 2013 i did an online application for a loan i did not complete any forms, i wa debited this, morning with an amount of R350.00 i am very disappointed with the service.
This is an illegal process as i did not give any consent to have my bank accoiunt debited.
As per the terms and conditions of this company the enquiry is a free service and fees will only be charged on completion of the application, which i have not even completed. This goes against my rights as a client.
Please i need contact today regarding this as i have other pressing commitments with that amount
