Debit order without my concent

About two weeks ago i made an enquiry for Loan finder to find me a loan for about R7000. yes i ticked the terms and conditions but no where did i agree to any amount that would be given toe me, no where was I told what amount i would have to pay, over so many months etc. Not one cent was paid to me. I DO NOT HAVE A LOAN WITH THEM. Now i get a message this morning that R350 was debited from my account. I want feedback on this, i will go to the ombudsman today still. This is and against the law. I will not leave this here.
