The worst company eve

Okay i am now sick and tired of standard Bank's, 1st off i had a cheq and credit card with them, closed the cheq account after 1 year of closing it over the phone, Nimble informed me my account is overdue R 3200 behind give or take the day i closed it, it was R 0, so i asked Nible to give me the persons details who spoke with me over the phone who is responsible as surely they record it still no answer from them either, a month ago i wanted to close my credit card with them as the balance is R 0 they said u have to do it over the phone the with that i wanted it closed that same day, she said that she will come back to me with in 2 week still no answer, This was the manager by the way, take 1 hour about to open a account takes about 1 year and a month to close one please for... sake train the ppls so they can stop with
