Saxum don't want to settle claim

Saxum delay their claims. Our house burned down in May 2012 and we still struggling to get the claim settled. In 9 months they never said they will pay or not they don't even respond to the Ombud's request. The only thing we can do now is to go to the media and unmasked them for what they are.
