Worse service i have ever had to encounter!!! i have been sitting for the last 30 min attepting to log into my online bank with no success. due to the lack of service my account took forever to be activated now my debit order has been switched however not my salary. but giving the company the benefit of the doubt i chose to be patient only now to suffer another experince my debit will be going off tonight and i am unable to log on to my account to do a transfer i keep getting an error even though my details are 100% correct. I WILL NOT ACCEPT BEING CHARGED UNPAID FEES I REITERATE I WILL NOT ACCEPT FOR MY ACCOUNT TO GO INTO UNPAID I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO MAKE THE TRANSFER AND YOU USELESS SYSTEMS DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO DO SO??? I REGRET THE DAY I EVER MADE THE CHOICE TO MOVE TO FNB, I THOUGHT STANDARD BANK HAD BAD SERVICE I WILL RATHER DEAL WITH THERE SERVICE THEN TO GO THROUGH A MONTH OF COMPLICATIONS WITH FNB.
