Logged a claim on 9 January. To date still not sorted despite logging a call on HelloPeter.com and get a governance laden letter from ABSA that they will respond within 14 business days. Yeah right ABSA. I will now simply vote with my money and revoke the debit order as it is my only recourse. You are shocking.
