FINRITE - Approved Financial Services - JOKE

My wife's was damaged and we informed Finrite thereof and lodged a claim. After paying R 970.90... which we never agreed to any nor accepted the fact that excess will be payable as we do not event have a copy of the contract! Anyways, we spoke with a call centre agent after we had to google search to try and locate their number as the number given by MTN was "not operational". Eventually the phone was collected some 2 weeks ago and we were informed that it will 3-4 working days. It has been 2 weeks and everytime we contact FINRITE, we get pushed from pillar to post and had to call 3 different numbers and all 3 didn't even have my wife's details! Having searched for FINRITE, it became glaringly obvious that the company should not be in business. If your name pops up on a generic search under your name and all you get is hellopeter's website... surely you shoudl reconsider. Especially when the "feedback" given is a generic; " we have received... blabla... and will revert shortly... blablabla
