Efficient settlement of Insurance claim

I would like to highlight the efficient nature in which our insurance claim was resolved.

We experienced a power surge to our property, which unfortunately blew the main board and keyboard panels on our alarm system. This rendered the alarm system unusable, and we were also concerned that failure to re-instate it quickly would have an adverse bearing if anything were to happen.

After speaking with Daron, he gave us the assurance that he would take care of everything as soon as the required paperwork showing the nature of the problem and valid quotation was sent through.

This was done and I just wanted to state that Telesure have really made a difference.
