Name still not cleared after repayment

I made a loan with [URL Removed] early January, and the repayment happened later on the month. but to my surprise as i was checking my [URL Removed] account i find out, for the fifth time that my name has not been cleared of the debt. i sent them an email regarding this matter, and i still havent gotten a response from them and worse, its giving me a very bad name as it lookls like i dont pay my loans? this incompetence is worrying me very much as it now makes me wonder if this company is leven egit. i am truly dissapointed and will definitely not use them in future
