Double ripoff, first their attorneys and now FNB

On the 19/02/2013 I went to close my cheque account at Pretoria North branch that was supposed to have be close on the 12/11/2012. Unfortunatelly I had to battle to get back my R622.74 from their attorneys and it caused all the problems. We had a common understanding with the branch manager and one of the consultants whom I learnt that she resigned, that the monthly account fees will be reversed as soon the R622.74 has been paid back to me from their attorneys. The R622.74 was paid back on the 14/2/2013 and made a R400 deposit same day to the account so that temporary loans can deduct R622.74 to remove the block in my cheque account. To the horror of my life, I found out that only 2 out of 3 account fees have been reversed. I was also charged the amount of R85.00 on top of the rip-off. Why should I suffer like this? I have been with you guys from 1995! Is this the thank you I deserve?
