I would just like to say thank you for the great service that I received at your Woodlands boulevard branch on Saturday.
I went in to do some routine banking, and was assisted by a lady called Tebogo Ngoza, her friendly, helpful and informative service really put a smile on my face.

The service industry need a lot more people like her, she is a real treasure to your company.
