Beware they may be dishonest

Around about Nov 2012 I received a quote to insure my vehicle to the value of R121 500.00 I thought this was excellent for the premium they charged me. Unfortunately in Dec 2012 my car was written off in an attempted hijacking King Price then sent me AOL for R116 500.00 after deducting the excess. In Jan 2013 they paid me about 92K citing that they initially made an error regarding the value of the vehicle. This to me is unfair if I had known this in the first place I wouldn't have taken the cover with them. Besides we'll never know if they are just lying about the values so that can get the business. I have asked the people in the claims department to get their legal department to get back to me several times to no avail once again the corporates are taking advantage of the man on the street.
