BEWARE OF MIMONEY! THEY WILL YOUR MONEY!!

Earlier this year I purchased a Mimoney voucher for the third time. And for the THIRD TIME the voucher did not arrive. And for the THIRD time I had to write to customer service to re-send it to me.

This time, I wrote to them after one month as I was away on holiday to ask them to re-send me the voucher and they DID NOT REPLY to my query.

Basically, Mimoney is unable to provide the service it's supposed to, it's unable to provide the MOST BASIC SERVICE: send the vouchers! The customer service people do not respond. Basically, THEY HAVE 150 RANDS FROM ME. BEWARE OF THESE AMATEUR COMPANIES!
