African Bank
Insurance wont cover for illness!!!

I was omitted to hospital for an emergency opperation and was off work for 3 months... from the very first day my wife had gone in to african bank branch in north end port elizabeth to notify them that i would be unable to cover my payments for the period that i would be off ill, due to no income at that present time..i was given forms to be filled out by my employer and the doctor. the forms were filled out and handed back to african bank... the 3 months have passed and i am back at work for the last 2 months and still nothing has come of my claim..african bank is now deducting double payments a week without my permission..all i was asking for is that my insurance that i am paying on my african bank loan was to cover my payments for the few months that i was unable to pay... instead they are just taking double debit order payments without my permission
