Good day

I'm currently insured with King Price, i recently made a claim for the replacement of my car's windscreen. when i lodged a claim i was told that my claim will not be paid for because my car's windscreen had a dent before it could be insured. But, when i took the car to Glassfit Polokwane for inspection the time i took the insurance, Glassfit told me that all is in good condition. Now King Price is telling me that the report they got from Glassfit stated that my car had windscreen dent during the time of inspection. Im requesting King Price to send me a copy of the report they got from Glassfit Polokwane on my car. I am irritated by the fact that the issues of that report are coming out now that ive made a claim. Disappointed!!!
