Disgusted with the handling on my Homeloan

I share a home loan with my partner, and recently i have applied to put the bond into my own name. I filled in everything thats was asked for and handed it in at one of the branches. A few days later i get a call saying that they require ITA - 34 forms from me, assuming that i am and owner... which Im not. After two weeks of trying to convince them that I am not an owner, they contacted me and told me that its all been approved subject to valuation.
So Yes I was very relieved,
However I purchased my property for R648000.00 in July 2008, the bank came back to me on the 12th of February 2012 after the valuation and declined everything due to them valuating my property for R50000.00 less than I purchased it for. I am so fed up with Nedbank, it is disgusting that they cannot resolve this situation.
So NEDBANK!!! You have just lost my business, because FNB are more prepared to handle my business.
