I called Mi-way to complain about my premium as i felt that i am paying too much, got through to Neo who was very patient, a good listener as well, explained to him the reason for my call at first i was not happy with what he offered, but after realising that he asked me to hold on so that he can speak to his Manager, i held on and he came back with positive feedback and after that he asked me if i know about the rewards programmes which he took time as well to explain, that was the best service ever, Thank you Mi-way
