All's great that ends well... thanks to Wendy

My relationship with Alexander Forbes has been rather precarious. From consultants whose skills have left me fuming over the phone, to the extreme opposite highly competent staff, in the form of Trevor Steele, who has been incredible at assisting me, keeping cool even when I have not maintained my cool from my frustrations. Just when I had again lost some faith in the company, you get through to the right person and she, one form of Wendy at claims department in Pretoria, works her magic and I do believe in the company again. She, like Trevor, was highly efficient and worked incredibly hard in ensuring that my mother was well cared for when she took her car for repairs earlier today. She worked some magic, through her sheer dedication and perseverance, and what was meant to have been a long wait turned into an incredibly efficiently organized short wait for car rental collection. Sometimes a bag with some rotten potatoes can affect all the potatoes, but sometimes sifting through and removing the rotten potatoes is important, and so I realize having dealt with Candice, Trevor and now Wendy. High-fives to you all, especially Wendy and Trevor. You meet my very high standards.
