Dispute over regular driver & other violations

Its almost 4wks with no concrete feedback from Out. Today, I was called by my assessor Anwar after weeks of silence to say that he wanted to see me to discuss the progress on my claim&way forward. He arrived with his manager (Jacques G) to my office. Jacques started his voice recorder. And started his feedback session by interrogating me with a question after stating his recited disclaimers: "In ur opinion why would u think ur husband would attract more premium than u."The disturbing thing about this encounter with them was that the claimed they had the facts about who the regular driver of my car is frm the following:
interogation of 3 security guards with retorical questions and recorded their conversations without permissions which ofcourse has serious privacy &security implications i.e Do u knw Mr X the one who drives...
said that my husband said he was the driver of the car (which they tried to trick me to accept) as I asked them did he say he is the regular driver of my they said NO
said spoke my cousin &she confirmed to them that my husband is regular driver on my car - she sees us on wk-ends @ church.
