TREATED LIKE I OWE (LOAN)

Good day

i can not even begin to describe how i feel i had an FNB cheque account which for some reason i had to switch my salary to another bank, for the past few months i have been depositing R400 into the account as i didn't want to close it usually since i had an overdraft with them whenever there are funds in the account they will debit the money for the past 3 months they don't, yesterday i got a call from the call center asking me if i am still employed as they are not receiving my salary i said i am employed i switched my salary, he then threw tantrums at me asking me "what about the overdraft you forgot about it so rudely "i simply told him you are so rude and i am not a criminal so i really cant talk to you.

aha guess what this morning i am receiving a letter threatening to list me if i fail to pay the amount owed on overdraft really now FNB i am so disappointed i never wanted to close my account but they leave me with no choice,
i was never once raided the money now a letter of demand really wow i felt like a common criminal

unfortunately i could not even catch the consultants name he was a guy though
