I applied for a personal loan, the call centre angent says it's provisionally granted and they would phone me back with more details, she said she would sms me my details now so i can send documents, no SMS and nobody phoned me (Am I surprised)

They know how to spam our mailboxes with JUNK but have no glue of customer service!!!
