I have lodged a complaint last year November in connection with my debit card cloning. My card was cloned and used. Standard bank has no regard for the individual and unless I am a Major corporate company they show little to know regard to helping and actually doing the proper investigations, therefore empowering these criminals to and as many people as they can. Therefore Standard bank seems to working for these very criminal minds. I have been pushed around from pillar to post of no one even helping correctly. Finally to be told that I in fact must be "lieing" as there is no pattern of events of where and when these transactions took place. Patter of events being that most of these transaction that have been done from areas I have never used, don't live or work in. Finally had a call back from Helen in complaints department and now will let me know what is going on. That would be wonderful if anything actually gets resolved as Standard bank does not want to actually do a proper investigation and my request for me to get the details of areas and shopping centres where these transaction have taken place, so that I can investigate and do their jobs.
