Terrible Service

I want a copy of CPP policy. I asked Sarie Strydom who said she had requested same. I waited few days only be sent original application form and told to call the FNB Insurance if I wanted more info.
I have tried calling the no. 0860 336 446 which is the no. that Sarie Strydom from Personal Loans gave me. They said its the claims dept and put me through. I got cut off. I then called back and they put me through again. I sat on hold for a very long time and eventually gave up. I then asked Sarie for email address. She gave me: [Email Removed]
I have emailed twice with absolutely no response. Friday 8 February 10.27am and Monday 12:05pm
Clearly they don't want to give anyone a copy of policy that they have a right to.
