I was sourced to be a Credit Card client as opposed to me applying. The telephonic sales conversation indicated an interest rate lower than on their website, so I queried it. All conversations being taped, a request was made for the tape with a promised 5 to 7 days turnaround. That was more than 5 weeks ago, with 2 more EMails ignored. Since then I have done a few inter account transfers and incurred a transfer fee each time. Again on the website, inter account transfers are included for those paying a set monthly fee like me. My monthly set fee is also supposed to include the annual card fee of nearly R300-00 that I suddenly saw as a deduction also.
