IWYZE
No transparence

I had an accident on the 30/01/2013 and reported it on the same day with iwyze and they arranged for the courtesy car for me and I'm very happy for that.
The problem I have now is that, i had to pay a "betterment" amount of R1346 which doesnot exist on the policy documents I received from Iwyze.
The only amount that I know is the accsess amount of R2750 but now i have to pay an extra R1346.

Why???
