Outsurance
R400 lie

On the 12/12/2012 I smsed to outsurance to get a quote to see if they could beat it. Soon I got a call and my insurance company from mutual and federal could not be beat, they emailed me the info and said in 30 days ill get a call for the R400. I've sent an email a month ago and no reply. I did everything I was suppose to do and they don't hold there part, is this even legal. The ad is on tv all the time and many people are being fooled. I just people to know not to trust them and will not recommend them to anyone
