Unable to Convert Greenbacks

I went to Nedbank Kuruman to Convert my greenbacks to Cash on a prepaid card, something i've done before, at the Somerset mall branch with minimal hassle.

After being told by the teller that this is not something that they do, i insisted on her to double check, because i've done it before.

I was then called to to the branch manager's office where she bluntly informed me the they do not have prepaid cards in stock even though they have requested some already, and therefore I can not be helped at this branch.

To be honest, I have accounts at other banks and it will be easier for me to have my salary paid into one of those accounts, and then close my cheque account, on which I pay expensive monthly maintenance fees and transaction fees as well as Greenbacks fees, all to be forced to be satisfied which obvious incompetence and bad service.
