Called in and needed assistance with getting hold of my Medical Certificate urgently when I got through to thecall centre was assisted by a lady Lucy and to find my account. Was in errors but she manged to help me with faxing and emailing my POP. And the manner and care which went into assuring that I got my Medical Certificate and the constant and precise feedback I got from her is an assurance in itself that one plan takes care of there clients but what makes this experience exceptional is the fact that she was sick but went far and beyond to Make sure I got assisted till everything was resolved 100%.I would like to thank Lucy for taking customer service to new heights and thank you to One Plan for such an experience a lot of companies could learn a lot from you.
