Looking after my mental health!!!

Tue I went to Vida in Cape Town and 30 minutes later I get an sms for transaction at a hotel in USA?!

Immediately I call Discovery Card and while dialing I thought it would be a battle to convince whoever picks up that it wasn't me, etc.

I was blown away by how the matter was handled, everything was understood and no blame was put on me. They put me through to their department and wasn't on hold for long, they canceled my card, issued me a dispute form after the call and told me I'll get a new card in 4 - 7 days and guess what?!

I got my card today, wow!!!

I'm impressed and this just re-affirmed why I've been with Discovery since 2003 and why I have Vitality, Life, Card and Invest.
