ATM Dispensed money short

This morning I went to withdraw money at a ATM in Vincent, East London. I requested to withdraw R2000.00 but the ATM dispensed R1950.00
After phoning Absa when I got home they told me to phone 0860 286 286 and log a saswitch failure report or she can put me through to the complaints department. Well, after holding for 20min I hanged the phone up.
The lady I spoke to told me that my only option is to go into a ABSA branch and report the fault. I am not happy that I have to drive all the way to a ABSA branch just to log a mistake of R50.00!!! I feel its unfair from ABSA to expect from the clients to do that. The fuel and time used to go to ABSA branch is far more than R50.00
