On 22nd December 2012 at 12:30pm my husband and I went to Standard Bank Centurion Mall seeking assistance on our banking accounts as we wanted our credit to be extended. We had just received an opportunity to spend Christmas day in the Drakensburg with my family who we havent seen in while. We waited our turn for assistance and were greeted by Renier van Staden.
