This lady solved my problem very quickly, she was patient with me over the phone, and very professional. she told me what I needed to know, and did her best to help me solve my issue.

oh, and also, fnb premier hotline... is amazing... i didnt wait in a queue, how amazing is that???

so far fnb has been great, been with them for about 2 months, they are very helpful and very quick.

so much better than the experiences I have had in the past.
