No payout

So I applied to withdraw my funds from Alexander Forbes on the 3rd of december. On the 29th of. January I received a sms at 5pm to say my pay outwas rejected due to an automated bank validatio and can I please call them. I called them immediately and they were closed. I phoned the next day and they asked me to fax through my I D and marroge certificate. I did what they asked and was told the payout would take 3 days. On the 3rd of February they sent another sms asking me to call them again, this is a call center and you are put on hold for about ten minutes before answering your call, I nevertheless called and was td I now need to fax through a recent bank statement wich I did and was told it would take another 3 days its been 5 days and in still waiting. I called this morning and was told it could now take another 10 working days. What is up with these guys?
