I will not pay the Attorney costs!!!

Before I sign/ accept a company's terms and conditions, I make sure that I understand what they entail. This is exactly the same thing I did with Loan Discovery SA's services. I accepted, knowing that they would find me a financial service proviedr suitable for me. I decided I did not need a loan anymore when I contacted Loan Dicovery SA about less that 24 HOURS after accepting their "Terms and Conditions", to cancel their service. They gladly said yes, they would and even confirmed that this had been done, therefore I needn't not pay the charge for their services, which was R350. Mutually we agreed, and was suprised when I was contacted by their attorneys with a letter of demand on behalf of their client. LET'S GET ONE THING STRAIGHT LOAN DISCOVERY SA, I DID NOT MAKE USE OF YOUR SERVICES, AND WE MUTUALLY AGREED TO CANCEL THESE SERVICES, WHICH IN TURN MEANT THAT ALL COSTS WERE CANCELLED AS WELL.
