Refund for entrance fee for the birthday boy

I was advised to pay for the exact nr of people coming the previous day which i did and when reading terms and conditions i realised my son would enter for free as it was his birthday but i already paid on line, the staff here is very unprofessional, when i enquired about that she said its my loss, like really, i paid R2150, they cant even refund me 250.And the sad part is that we only used one ride as it was raining and all rides were closed, this is my last time at Goldreef city
