Whilst the complaint in the link took 1 year to pay out, I am now three years into fighting these criminals for money owed that is needed to close my mother's estate.

If you know anyone looking for retirement homes stay far away from All Belvedere Retirement Villages including:- Bushy Park, Green Park, Harveston, Jubilado, Protea, Regent Park, Sterlig, The Olive, Victoria Park and Wilgeheuwel Retirement Villages. It narrows your options significantly AND it's the prudent thing to do. Don't even look at their villages. It is not worth it in the long run.
