Installing ATMS that don't work

Hi

I would suggest that Standard Bank ensures that when they are going to copy an idea from another bank, they'd better test and retest whatever it is they are trying to put in place. I was happy to notice that the new ATMs where u can make direct deposits were now available thru Standard bank, but what is the point of installing that ATM if the cardless service button doesn't function and yet all the other buttons do not function on the same ATM? There was along queue of people hoping to use this new innovative ATM to make direct deposits but it just wasn't working... really?
