UNDELIVERED PROMISE

I since referred a colleague to Wonga but never got rewarded. The person I referred to applied, qualified and even repaid Wonga. As per refer-a-friend policy I qualify for R150.00. The application was made mid-Jan 2014 and deducted on 25th Jan 2014. My colleague filled in all the details and entered my cellphone number 0798902825. I have been ping-ponged by self-help emails when someone should have contacted me and sort out the matter. Wonga's Customer care!!!
