I have a savings plan with Metropolitan life, I retired early due to an injury on duty.
I went to claim my money as I can no longer put up with the subscription.
I was met with bad attitude at the JHB offices, todate, they have not paid me, I submitted everything but no response.

I follow up all the time, no response.

I am just fed up
