African Bank
Need help PLEASE

Hi Goodday ive got a loan acc and credit card with African Bank. My card was swallowed by bank last year. Due to circumstances my work is irregular and didnt had a chance to replace my card. Im currently in Istanbul until middle February and my wife is battling cancer at home. My bank account was cloned and need some funds please. Is it possible that my available credit on my credit card can be refunded in my bank account and if possible get an increase as well. As I need to wire money home. Due to roaming I am unable to phone or receive calls as I get charge. Please urgent response in this matter will be highly appreciated.
