Credit Card waiting period too long

Getting really frustrated with FNB, I got a sms almost 2 weeks ago that stated "Congratulations your credit account has been opened. We will be in touch soon for card delivery.", needless to say Im still waiting for ANY feedback. This is the same with the smart device I have ordered, no feedback on that either. I hope this mess gets sorted, already thinking about a move.
