I had an issue with my std bank debit card, it declined when i tried to do a purchase so i ended up paying cash but the money was deducted from my account, meaning i had paid twice . i called standard bank and was told that this will be marked as urgent and was told that it will be sorted out in 4 days, it is now 9 days and i have not had the money put back into my account, i keep phoning and keep getting told that it will be escalated and marked as urgent, i am getting no happiness from any of the consultants. all i need is that this be sorted out.
