System is faulty so they hit you with mont's prem

Apparently their system was faulty so they forgot to take Direct Debit for December and January, only to then hit you with it all in one month. No notification, no apology, only a broker accusing me of having to be more vigilant in checking Direct Debits. I shall be going elsewhere and also leave this broker.
