I ordered a notebook via FNB about 3 weeks ago. Notebook was delivered 2 weeks ago, with a SIM card which shall be loaded with data bundles each month. It is a Cell C SIM. Used the SIM on a 3G modem and was welcomed. The SIM though never got activated in the 2 days grace should be given. Two weeks and two days are quite different. On a phone the error is smartcard not provisioned. Can someone please give attention, as the connect support team says it is not their problem
