He offered me something to drink, he was very nice to me. Alan showed me into the aircon office so that I can relax. I Imet Jeanne, she was very nice to me, we talked and talked. She told me about the hippo website, I am a 3rd party and don't have comprehensive insurance so she helped me look for some online and printed them out for me. I am happy.
