Shocked by GREAT service!

I was firstly greeted, by name by the security gentleman, Moses. I was shocked that they knew who I was, they were expecting me. The line of communication is good. Allan was welcoming, offered me coffee, showed me where I could sit and wait for him, he explained everything so clearly to me.

Jeanne was so nice, all the staff were just so welcoming and friendly.

It made my day!
