Exceptiona service/Great Lestening skills

I would like to commend a good service received from Phidile Sithole at the repairs department for the great service she offers to client. I phoned Budget to complain about TC Panel beaters at the way they have treated me as a client, I never wanted to speak to any consultant, but to be put through to the management. She amazingly managed to calm me down and got me venting out my frustration. We need more people like Phindi to render service to clients, her attitude towards customers is totally difference to what you would find at any service providers. Phindile Sithole Thank you so much I hope you will be the employee of the month. Your service is amazing.
